We care that you are completely satisfied with your experience on the StudySmartVilnius platform. If you are not satisfied with our service, this refund policy explains how you can return the service for a refund.
1. Return conditions
You have the right to request a refund for services purchased (e.g. courses or training) within 14 days of purchase, if the service has not yet been launched or if you have not yet connected to the training platform.
2. Refund process
To initiate a refund, please do the following:

- Explain the reason for the return (optional if you wish).
We will endeavour to respond to your request within 5 working days.
3. Refund of money
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days of the confirmation of the refund. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the original payment. Please note that the timeframe for reimbursement may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. Exceptions and limitations
Certain services or products may not be refundable, including:
- Services that have already been started or completed.
- Downloads of digital content, if access has been granted.
